missing man hole cover. woman fell in and a man had to rescue her. urgent. My partner shared this information so it is secondhand, however she witnessed a woman falling into this manhole cover at the corner of Linden Street and Gough Street. it appears to be missing.

Notes: Case Resolved. 07.16.20 Found missing catch basin grate on Northwest corner of Gough St & Linden St intersection. JB - 07.16.20 Blocked with vehicle and covered with A-Frame. Contacted supervisor who contacted PUC Sewer to fix. Left RFA site to the responsibility of a PUC Sewer employee who relieved me. He is to wait there until his supervisor arrives to make safe or remedy situation. JB.
