Tree was taken down before the Pandemic and stump was partially removed. Scott Raymond who is our landscaper advise me to notify the DPW that the stump was not ground sufficiently for him to put in new plantings as roots are in the way! Please give me a call 201-666-3723 so we can discuss this matter and resolve it. I would like Mr. Haffler to give me a call.
