The fence was installed by the city and divides Cedar Grove One and Cedar Grove II. It’s deteriorating and needs replacing.

The reported fence is not on the city's ROW. Consequently, PW does not maintain. We have reached out to the city's HOA Representative at GPD for guidance (SR23203). Unfortunately, the fence replacement most likely falls to the responsibility of the Homeowner or HOA, as applicable. Thank you for reporting and using myGNV.
