Thank you for submitting this request to the City Attorney's Office. My sincere apologies for the tardy response. We experienced technical difficulties with the application and the software is being fixed.
I reported this issue to 311 and to the Sustainable Streets Division of SFMTA. Since this is an ADA issue, they are sending someone to investigate the problem now.
