Status update request

Looking for an update on this request. The tree still has not been cut back and we continue to have broken large dead limbs fall into our driveway. There was a near miss of several large limbs falling onto one of our cars. Noticed today that tree located across the street from ours has had all the branches cut back, yet the city tree located at the end of our driveway still has not been addressed.
