The push to walk buttons on both sides of the street do not working. They cannot be pushed, and the indicator light does not light up when touched. In front of 3271 and 3258 lakeshore.

Tim,
I reported this same signal a few weeks ago. Guy Navellier from the Oakland Electrical Department immediately contacted me to explain how the signal works. It turns out that:
1. It is a touch-sensitive switch, so there's nothing to push.
2. The indicator light will not turn on when the switch is touched.
3. This is a limitation of the controller and cannot be changed unless the controller is replaced, which the City cannot afford.
