This red light on Wildwood and First Colonial was 8 minutes long today and when it does turn green only let's 5 cars at most go through. Some days it goes through 2 cycles before it turns green to get onto First Colonial Road. There are Dr's offices and Hospital traffic that makes the amount of cars in this lineup extensive.
