while i agree this is frustrating and happens too on our end of s. kc as well, installing cameras certainly isn't going keep costs down

happens to me occasionally. not a big deal and happy to clean the small amount of trash left behind.

THIS IS STILL PROBLEM IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AS OF TODAY. WHO NEEDS TO BE CONTACTED TO FIX THIS???

Similar also happens on Cliffwood Court. Whoever gets home first or leaves first after a picup must move the cans before we can get in or out of the driveway. We put them BESIDE the drive. Yet they are either in the street, in front of the mailbox or in the driveway when we return home.

We will notify Solid Waste Services and post an update once we hear back from them.

this is just reckless... A priority for our city to solve. is there anyway our city can turn the Batman light on so the trashcan villain can be caught before he knocks over anymore trash cans. Put aside the hungry, cold and real city issues and deal with this once and for all...

While Ima is clearly being sarcast1c, stup1d. narrow-minded and self1sh, her comment did make me laugh when I thought about the crazy world she must live in where only one issue should be addressed at one time.

I wonder how the City of Raleigh would look if there was only room to work on one ongoing issue with everything else ignored; or how seeclickflix.com would be if each area only had one active issue at a time. Of course it's the way a 3 year old views the world, and it's scary to think that someone able to type is such an id1ot -- but it still paints a funny picture!

Regarding the trash issue, I think coaching the garbage men to slow down and make sure they don't throw the trash cans all over the place shouldn't bring the city to a crawl or take away from other city issues. (Though that it still hasn't happened after 2 months does make me wonder a little!)

Solid Waste Services will continue to address this on-going issue with all drivers, additional training will be provided going forward. If you will provide a street address or address range and an estimated pick-up time it will assist Solid Waste Services in their investigation.

Drivers also leaving trash all over the place when they empty cans. A supervisor needs to drive the neighborhood after the route to see what they are doing!

There has been no improvement or action on this issue.

Please advise how to escalate this beyond seeclickfix since the person responsible tor handling this issue is not doing anything.

These issues are forwarded to the Solid Waste Services Director for review, we will follow-up with him.

Per Solid Waste Services, we have addressed this issue and the supervisor is monitoring this route for any further issues.

This has not been resolved and is still a problem.

The supervisor needs to do his/her job properly, it has not been resolved.
