Did you know that can report your neighborhood issues directly to the responsible Montgomery County Department by calling the MC311 Customer Service Center at 311 or 240-777-0311 between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday? A Customer Service Representative will capture the information needed by the department to fulfill your request and share in real time with department staff. You will be given a timeframe for the completion of the work and a service request number to follow up on progress. You can also create your own request for service online any time day or night by visiting the MC311 portal at http://www3.montgomerycountymd.gov/311
