Non of your business what they smoke. No harm to anyone. Tobacco is harmful, not pot. Some "pits" however, are harmful, so I can understand your concern.

pot is not harmful you really need to do some research to find out exactly what the side effects of pot are and how dangerous it can be. And pot is still illegal where tobacco is not illegal although it should be illegal.

You didn't get back with the owner's name and how the tax collector has the property on the tax bill, that is, with or without a commercial property tax on lodging services, what the property is assessed for and total taxes, etc. Can't change anything without that.

i live by this house to day date jan -11-2014 i call kpd. lot of high school kid in day and night no adults see in this house in 2 month i sen kids put mail in pocket do not live there the the lady thay owens this house is cruze x/husband town o ulster officer we keep calling nothing but my property taxes keep going and nothing but dumps on stephan st from all thes rentals city of kingston does not care something should be puy in paper about this.wee have had meeting with chief of kpd ans alterman ball last sumer about this this was a street meeting.
