How do I find out WHEN they are scheduled to be replaced? It seems to make no sense that on a busy corner, you wouldn't maximize your workers time by installing all four new shelters at the same time, vs one a year! How do I find out the schedule? Or is it typical SFMTA; there is no schedule program?!

I believe the shelters are not built by the SFMTA but by the advertising company (in exchange for running the ads).

SFMTA still is responsible for the shelters and they have replaced some that are only used 3 hours a day yet busy main stops aren't replaced?
