  This has become a huge problem because every evening a group of cars meet up with the cars that are permanently camping on Bellevue beside the park. They play loud music, let their dogs run off-leash, light fires and set off fireworks, and leave huge piles of garbage behind.

  . It has been horrible for the people who live along Bellevue.

  We live in Oakland too. We have rights. We need help. Please

  The City is allowing your beautiful street to become a ghetto. Tenants who decide to move out will be replaced with low income housing because nobody would be willing to pay market rates with all these problems.
