Description

The play structures in this park are falling apart. The swings are damaged or missing. the benches are covered in gaffiti and dirt. The safety mat around the play structures are crumbling and in chunks and pieces all over the park. Also, the bathroom is disgusting! It needs to be serviced on a regular basis.
