Graffiti on private homes and businesses all along Franklin Ave. Too many addresses to list. I know landlords are fed up, but they need to get out there and clean. And in the future clean immediately to discourage these vandals. Not to mention every piece of public property (stop signs, utility boxes, street light and telephone poles etc.) have graffiti as well.
