The street parking issue is to be handled by the police department. Code Enforcement doesn’t have a complete street parking ordinance to enforce.

They (hcpd) stopped and looked at it Wednesday and said that they weren’t breaking any laws. OCGA 40-6-203 ) (f)(b) I believe covers this. These are state laws.

Why are the signs posted as such?

There’s one with ordinance on it just a few feet from the vehicle. Signs are confusing if they can’t be enforced.

How long? Owner has lied, can the city get a tow truck?

County PD at this point can call a tow truck and have it impounded. Will they? That’s a different story.
