Description

RV with no license plates, broken windows is illegally parking overnight on Monterey Blvd again. They’ve been returning to the area periodically since last fall. It’s been reported they have a dog and are leaving animal and human excrement and trash in the area. When the RV is tagged, they leave but leave behind illegal dumping. Eventually they return and it starts all over again. Last time it was reported they also had a stolen UHaul van w them.
