Hi, the speed bumps all along Sandell Drive are in disrepair. There isn't a smooth surface leading on/off the bumps, and the tops aren't in great shape either. We understand the bumps were put in about 25 years ago when there were a lot of small children on the street. That isn't the case any more and many of the neighbors are unhappy with them. Is there a way we can petition to have them removed completely?
