Newly installed lights not placed in intersection but 10-20 feet south. This can be startling to drivers making right turn onto Briarcliff from Cliff Valley

GA DOT has completely ignored this. Don't see why the lights can't be moved closer to the intersection. If there's a reason I'd like to hear it.

Don't think SCF is reviewed by the GA/Dekalb County DOT (fyi, SCF), so tell me (anyone!) if I should just bag this.
