Sorry for the confusion but I haven't seen anyone in the house for a while, I don't know if it's truly vacant but the garage has been like this for a few years now deteriorating.

I have informed the inspector for the area of your concern and asked for it to be addressed.

The Inspector was out there on Wednesday11/13/13 and attached a green sticker to the garage door, which gives the owner 10 days to comply with the issues that need to be resolved. If we do not receive a response, the inspector will send out a citation to the owner of the property.

This picture was taken 11/23/13, if you put a sticker on their garage door, it's been taken down by whomever.

The inspector issued a citation on 11/20/13, with a court date of 12/18/13 if the garage is not repaired.

The Code Enforcement has issued a citation as of 11/20/13 with a court date of 12/18/13 if the issue has not been addressed by the owner.

The owner appeared and is suppose to contact a licensed contractor to repair the roof.

Has there been an update? No signs of repair or attempt to repair.

The inspector sent a citation with a court date of 6/25/14.

The owner has been Ordered to appear in Court for failing to appear on 6/25/14.

Owner has lined up a licensed contractor to repair roof, working on obtaining the financing to start the repairs. Next court date in 30 days.
