I am concerned about that crossing. My grandchildren use that crossing twice each day, and the fact that the timing light appears too slow concerns me greatly. This should become a high priority item that requires your immediate attention.

The malfunctioning light is also putting pedestrians at risk: When my 2-year-old and I crossed the other night, the walk light stayed on for less than 10 seconds, leaving us stranded halfway across an insanely busy street. If this isn't fixed, someone is going to be killed.
