Description
There is an temporary plate number ford truck parked in front of the NEIU office. Two people are living in this truck for last 3 weeks and using the NEIU parking lot for their toilet. I live there and feeling uncomfortable. I have called 911 two times but they are still here. It is not safe for the whole neighborhood .
