Description
The block of Freeman Road between Parkwood and Grayland has no sidewalks.
This is an area that is so eminently walkable but which also has a decent amount of car traffic. This block is a connector for all of City Stadium neighborhood and Carytown.

11/4/2013 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with new sidewalk panels needing to be installed has been formally reported to Richmond Engineering Mgmt (20020922963) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
