Opis

There is a dying tree across the street from my house that hangs over the street. The bark is severely buckled and the tree is very dry behing the bark that is gone. Branches are now falling onthe street and my yard. If it falls it WILL take out the power lines in our neighborhood at best causing a VERY DANGEROUS situation. it will fall on the street and my yard. I am very concerned. i LEANS AND HANGS SEVERLY, IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME.
