Thanks for reporting this incident. As the Commissioner of the area, I spoke to the older gentlemen in regards to placing all of this bulk trash out on the sidewalk and that he would be reported. Never knowing that he was a squatter until now, next time running into him, I would advise him to no longer place items out and also report him to authorities for squatting.
