There are two coon dogs that have been barking since 5 o'clock and it is now 8:30. Non stop. The owner was talked to by police, but it done no good. Now they have moved them closer to the road so it is even louder. This goes on every time the owner leaves the house. We have to hear it every week and weekend. You can't even have your doors open, or do anything outside because of the noise. Some people are so inconsiderate.
