There a large depression on Kinns Rd that affects both directions (worse going towards Rt 9) that needs to be repaired. It is getting increasingly worse and it can be seen that lower profile vehicles are beginning to scrape the pavement.

I have also noticed that is getting worse lately.

Joe Ritchey replied: "It was reported back to me that the depression was located at a cross culvert where differential frost heaving occurred. The best we could do at this time was fill with some stone dust material and placed a warning sign."
Iam certain that the county will follow up when the weather permits closer to Spring.
