There is a lovely B & W photo mural on the back wall of the empty lot on Avenida A, entre CLs 3 & 4...the one with the toilet planter and urban tire garden. Many tourists photograph here daily. The mural is now peeling from one corner. I fear some vandal will be tempted to jump up and tear it down. It simply needs a repair, i.e. a person with the appropriate form of adhesive and a ladder. Not sure what person has stewardship over this art installation, i.e. should be alerted as to its need for a restoration.
