Q. What is the problem?
A. When the pandemic hit you said that road work on 15th Ave NE was critical and would continue. So why is this “critical project” taking such a ridiculous amount of time? You’re working one day a week. Both sidewalks and both bike lanes have been closed for weeks. The road surface is hazardous. There’s a collection of rented heavy equipment sitting unused in Hamlin Park.
