Very loud AC started today with LCM presumably new unit. This is a unit that did not have a permit to be installed based on a search of the SS permits. Why isn’t noise abatement required around a commercial ( 40 ton ) unit of a commercial building abutting a residential property. This new unit needs to have evaluation of the decibel levels it produces when the building is being used - not when it’s 60 degrees out and no one is in the building.
I cannot attach a video in this app as an example of how loud the noise is but would love to provide on to anyone in code Inforcement or the city as proof of how the “peaceable use of our priority “ is being trampled on.
