A black man in a older lighter colored sedan was masturbating while mostly reclined so I didn’t get a look at his face while an older white man probably in his mid 50’s with a beard leaned out of his car window watching him. He was in an older lighter colored sedan also. Sorry for the lack of details on the cars but I was in shock getting out of my car to go exercise. This was about 2:15pm today.
