This light seems to be a reoccurring issue. See former reports:

I haven't seen this light working for a while. It might not have been fixed to begin with.

Following up with EMC on pole number 133432, bulb on eastside is out. This is the pole directly behind the Summergrove sign.

This is still not fixed

Did this pole ever get fixed? We have reported this multiple times to EMC, so I can't understand why it continues to be an issue. Please advise so that I can try to get it resolved. Thanks!
