This situation has been formally reported Richmond Sidewalk Mgmt Team (20020922114) to so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. 12/18/2013 - Service Review: Richmond Sidewalk Mgmt Team (20020922114) noted as of 10/25/2013 that this location where the hole sets is considered the adjacent property owner's driveway. COR will put asp halt in the holes to make safe but, it is the adjacent property owner's responsibility to perform permanent repairs to the driveway. The property owner must fix the holes for the driveway/sidewalk area
