Description

It looks like someone ran their car into the barricades blocking the 3rd Street Bridge. It pushed the cement barricade about 10 feet and left behind a lot of debris, including sharp pieces of metal and plastic and possibly an oil spill. It is blocking the pedestrian overpass.
