The location is Kimberly Field in back of Betsy Ross Arts Magnet School. There has been a tent set up on Kimberly Field near the basketball court for over a month. At first I thought someone was quarantining back there because of Covid. Recently I see multiple people visiting that tent, so I know it isn't quarantine related.
