Noise complaints should be reported to 911 for CPD to address.

It goes off every night, and the cops have been here before. I would hope they would be more proactive, especially knowing that it happens at the same time each day. It would be tedious (and potentially too late by the time they get there) to call every single occurrence.

They're illegal, disruptive, can cause those with PTSD to experience flashbacks, are traumatizing to pets, they're being set off in a city that's burned to the ground twice, and oh yeah - they're illegal.

Yes it’s Summer but fireworks are illegal. Against the law. There should not be fireworks being light off. Let’s be very clear - it does not matter what time they go off at. They cause homes to burn down. Fire kills - people. Property.
There should be ZERO tolerance to fireworks. If your house burned down....you would not think fireworks are okay. If you had a family member die in a house fire - how would you feel? Oh add to that pain - house burned down because of someone lighting off a fire cracker and they did not know....fill in that blank
