Description

The street drain in front of 317 NE 178th street is filling up with plant debris. Several of the slots are blocked and Looking down into the drain I can see a large pile of needles filling ¾ of the pipe.

Also there is a fabric edge around the entire drain that is blocking the water flow and causing it to back up around the drain.

I physically cleared as much of the debris on top of the drain and all along the gutters as far as I could but it’s still draining slowly.

Also, further up hill in, the 3rd Ave cul de sac the water was backing up into several driveways.

I have physically cleared most of the street gutters and water is flowing again, but if you could schedule a street cleaning soon in this area it would help a lot.
