A reminder and plea: If you see a newspaper wrapped in plastic lying outside a neighbor's house in the morning; if you do not live in that house; and if you did not order a subscription to that newspaper -- then that newspaper does not belong to you. Someone paid to have that newspaper delivered to them and you can assume that they want to read it. Please do not simply take it and move on. Thank you.
