Recycling failed to take the items in the picture. When the trash trucks came around they did not take them either. Just left them in the sidewalk to blow around the neighborhood. If the items are not taken by recycling, the trash truck should automatically take them instead as the default. Otherwise we have uncollected refuse lying on the sidewalk and adding to the general trash blowing around the neighborhood.

2) Call 215-686-5470
3) Ask to speak to the Deputy Streets Commissioner
The commissioner should warn these offending trash collectors or trucks. Hopefully after enough complaint, the collectors will be more diligent at their jobs. Every bit counts to clean up this neighborhood!
