Thanks for the post, you can report abusive trash collector and trash truck behavior to the City. If you see a trash or recycling truck during pick-up day disregarding garbage or spilling it on the ground, do the following:
1) Take down the Truck Number (written on side of truck)
2) Call 215-686-5470
3) Ask to speak to the Deputy Streets Commissioner
The commissioner should warn these offending trash collectors or trucks. Hopefully after enough complaint, the collectors will be more diligent at their jobs. Every bit counts to clean up this neighborhood!
