This has been happening for the last few years. Someone (that lives around that and doesn’t like the wake) has been moving it illegally. I have reported it before and never got any response. There is no record of any hearing to move them.

The location about 15-20 years ago was at or about the browning A-frame home not far outside the creek/river outlet to Broad Bay. It has moved several times over the last several years.

Closed? How was this issue addressed?? The buoys have been illegally moved and their placement needs to be returned to the charted location.

Re the request for additional info, there is no system for assigning street addresses to buoys nor cross streets. Buoys float in the water. As described above, these are the no wake buoys located along the channel connecting the southern branch of Long Creek to Broad Bay. They are currently located in the water between Thomas Bishop Lane and Absalom Drive, but as noted above have been improperly moved to this position. Their position should be further west at green buoy 9, which is near where Long Creek narrows. The location was marked in my original post on the map provided by the app. Thank you.
