Deskripsyon

A contractor working on behalf of the City did a sidewalk replacement in front of 573 Blackthorn Ave and has left their pilons and some wooden signs behind for the past 3 months. Numerous calls to 311 have produced no response since they say it's the responsibility of the private contractor to look after this. It's a traffic hazard on a narrow street that is always busy. Please help!!
