Description

several cars will run thru the light AFTER the green left turn arrow has finished. happens EVERY DAY during rush hour. accident waiting to happen. CROMWELL police do NOTHING !

There needs to be a change to the southbound exit from Rte 9 as well. Cars are stopped cold on the freeway every day. It is a disaster waiting to happen.

Enforcement is usually a band aid approach to a problem. The State should probably be asked to add more time for the left turns.
