Descrição

House empty for years, and falling apart; though neighbors removed bamboo growing at rear of property, it's returned, and several invasive vines and weeds have also taken over. I've enclosed a photo of the work myself and neighbors did l to remove said bamboo, for comparison, if someone comes out to inspect the property.

The property that is abandoned is actually @ 108 ALLEN'S LANE. (105, 107, & 109 NIPPON ARE THE PROPERTIES BEHIND AND ADJOINING THIS PROPERTY. NO IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE SINCE THE COMPLAINT WAS ISSUED.) IS BEHIND

I live behind the property and soon I will not be able to see the 4 story houses on Allens Lane(the Spite houses) through the 2 story bamboo forest growing across the whole backyard and encroachng on no less then 10 properties! At least I won't have to see the stucco falling from the side of the house. This was a beautiful yard when we moved here in 2001.
