Someone came to my house asking for money for Hartsville Outreach Ministry. He stated 426 Brewer Avenue as the address. Is this a legitimate group?

Nonprofit groups do not register with the City, or obtain licenses as business operating in city limits do. Because of this, we couldn't confirm the legitimacy of the group. The Hartsville Police Department reports no calls or complaints coming in about a group of this description.
