Regent St is a major route for children walking to Lake Ave School. The curb cuts on the corner of Regents and Caroline Streets are awful. My 3rd grade daughter loves to jump off and was nearly hit by a car. I contacted public works about it but public safety is only an answering machine. It has not been cleared all year and there is only a small trail over the curb cut which is dangerous. Now a new storm is coming. These people can certainly afford to have their walk cleared so they must be choosing to ignore the problem. Your article on Saterday was great and got me to try something.
