It is in front of a home -- my home in fact -- and I called Fairmount Park about it at least three times since March. It is ironic that this is just getting noticed now as I have hired Bartlett Tree company to cut back the tree at my own expense ($535) next Wednesday. Is there a chance that the city can fix this?

Thank you for acknowledging this five months later, however, I ended up paying $500 to have the tree pruned. It's not really a problem anymore.
