ONGOING (DAILY FOR MONTH'S) NOISE DISRUPTION THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND LATE EVENINGS FROM 9-11 PM. ONGOING LOUD/RAUCOUS 'CONSTRUCTION' NOISE- DRILLING, SAWING, AND VIOLENT POUNDING VIBRATING THE WALLS & CEILING OF UNITS AROUND IT. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ADDRESSED, BUT TENNANT CONTINUES TO DISREGARD AND CONTINUES TO DISTURB NEIGHBORS.
