Graffiti on the north-facing fence of the dog play yard at the northeast side of the Animal Welfare Dept. Access is east thru the gate from the city gas station, thru the Los Altos golf maintenance facility, and around the east side of the dog play yards to the northeast corner. It's spray painted on the plastic slats in the chain link fence and on the fence itself.
