On 4th St N heading to Tampa, on the right size amongst the mangroves. People has been using that are as a beach, while the rest were closed. They all left tons of trash, not litter, trash. There even a tent setup there, this place needs desperate cleaning, have of this garage is washed into the bay with the tide movements. It brings tears to my eyes, knowing people have this much disrespect for nature, needs to be investigated, thanks
