People on Clermont Street park over their property line and make it impossible to get up the hill on Clermont Lane in the winter. They either park a red car, green car, or a big pickup truck on the road. This has been going on for months and nothing has been done about it. I tried to get down the hill tonight, and could not do it. Somebody has to do something about this. If I park on the street, I either get ticketed or towed, but not these people. No respect for their neighbors.
Still happening, Nothing is being done. It must be nice to know someone and you can whatever you want. Should we just close down Clermont Lane so its more convenient for these people.
Still nothing, snow, rain, sleet. It does not matter. The people at 74 Clermont Street do whatever they want. It must be nice to expand your driveway onto public property and have your neighbors suffer.
Nothing yet, Still parking on the street during snow storms. The property line is the property line, unless you live at 74 Clermont Street, then you own whatever you. Perhaps, we should do a tax readjustment to include Clermont Lane for these people.
Does not matter, nothing is being done. Just close down Clermont Lane since you can't get a car down the road anyway, The people who live at 74 Clermont Street can do anything they want. If I clip their car, it will be my fault since the police have done nothing about the parking for months. I have watched police cruise by their house and they do not even ticket.
Well it snowed last night and I still could not get down the hill. They are parking on the road by a good foot every day. Put up a stop sign, which should be there and they will not be able to park there.
Absolutely disgusting. Still parking over the property line and nothing is being done. The truck parks on the street, so you can not see when coming up the hill on Clermont Lane. I believe it is the law that there must be some kind of traffic sign when two streets come together. But not in saugerties, no stop sign, no parking laws, no respect.
The intersection of Clermont Lane and Clermont Street needs a stop sign. I can not stress this enough. The people who live at 74 Clermont Street make it impossible to see going up the hill. I am going to get hit one of these days. Village officials, you are on notice. This has been going on for years.
The people at 74 Clermont street park on the public road, over their property line, every single day, does not matter if it is winter or summer. This is very dangerous for the residents of Clermont Lane.
Please take note. If you live at 74 clermont street, you can do whatever you want. Park on the road for the whole winter season, disrespect your neighbors, and have guests park in front of the fire hydrant.
If you want to make a complaint or report a violation, please contact Village Hall or the Town Police directly. Local government authorities generally do not respond to anonymous postings at online forums. If you are frustrated that nothing is being done to address this issue on Clermont Street, then I encourage you to reach out directly to the authorities. If you see a parking violation in progress, such as a vehicle blocking a fire hydrant, I suggest calling the Town Police.

Nothing is being done about this, Nothing......
It must be nice to violate your neighbors for your own convenience.
Put up a stop sign (since one should be there anyway) and this would all be resolved.

Still happening, I want to expand my property line and park wherever I want, I guess I'll take my lesson from 74 Clermont Street.
Put up a stop sign at the intersection of Clermont Lane and Clermont Street, one should be there anyway.
